It has an immediate strong high that could pin you to your chair if your are not a regular user. I really like this strain because it works for all the types of pain I deal with. Muscle pain, bone on bone pain in my spine, joint pain and nerve pain. I also suffer from anxiety and depression. So far, this strain does a better job than any other I have used.
